“Unique setting surrounded by amazing rainforest. Stayed in the river view glamping tent. Common restroom/shower was very clean and just a short walk on lighted pathway from tent. Booked two nights, stayed only the first night. 2:10 a.m. and until daybreak a rooster decided to crow with all he had nonstop somewhere just outside the tent. Tried twice thru the night to locate it and run it off but due to dense rainforest did not succeed. Sleepless night, notified property first thing in a.m. and……

The security guard and front desk agent came right away and figured it out I had faulty batteries on my device. They reassured me CO levels were not present and explained how is monitored. Marangeli, Stephanie and others at Trova restaurant were very polite and pleasant. Now. I have to say the bathrooms on room 17 and 19 needs upgrading. Tubs are……

“What an incredible place to visit! It is tucked in the mountains and so beautiful. Ricardo and his family are the best hosts ever. They were so thoughtful and kind. We loved all the pets and the breakfast every morning was wonderful. 100% recommend this place. It was perfect for us.”
