We had a lovely three week stay at calangute towers really enjoyed wandering around bars shops and restaurants felt really safe all local people very nice .

Cons: Lots of improvements needed. The guests can be noisy and its hard to sleep after 7 a.m.
Location: Just get another place
The hotel is not client friendly and they are stern about everything. They say absolute no to every request and the place is dirty with tables etc everywhere. The breakfast was not that great and i had to beg to get the wifi password. Its not something you get as soon as you checkin. Checkout time is 11 but a few minutes before that they start calling your room (even my personal mobile). I asked for 15 extra minutes but i was getting call every 2 minutes and had to rush from under the shower overtime. If that was not enough, they started banging my doors at 11:20 saying they have reservation. The season was quite and saw there were no other guests but they literally wanted to make sure i get out. I have my own villa in Calangute and many a times when i have guests i stay at the hotels but this experience has turned me off these guys badly. If you need peaceful time, stay absolutely away from this place as there are many good places in Calangute and Baga.

This is no exaggeration. The staff lacked basic courtesy and customer service. They wanted to keep my passport for photocopying and return to me later. I refused. Went away to make a copy and took 10 minutes to come back while I sweated it out in the lobby that had no air conditioning. The room had the old key hole system that needed a key and on the inside was a old fashioned latch. The room was average. They called it the ' Premium room' The staff had little or no training in hospitality or communications. From 11 pm to midnight the next door guests were banging on their door and yelling because one of their fell asleep inside and locked them out. The hotel staff did nothing about it. The buffet breakfast was held on their patio but I chose to sit in the restaurant since it was sweltering hot and humid. The a/c was off in the restaurant and when I asked to turn it on the manager reluctantly did so let me know that they only turn it on at 11 am. Although I had booked for 5 nights I checked out after 2. The final stars was when the bell boy came to take my bags he said that the manager asked for the key. Like I was going to disappear with the room keys. Have never stayed at a worse hotel than this and I am a pretty tolerant and considerate and down to earth who believes more in complimenting rather than complaining but could not help but write this lengthy note of my experience. P.S Asked for the owner and they would not give me his#.

Pros: ITS MAINTENANCE & STAFF POLITENESS.
Cons: SPA can be a great addition .
Location: The hotel is in the main market and beach is just 10 minutes walk.
OUR EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD WITH THE HOTEL AND ITS STAFF.STAFF IS QUITE POLITE AND HELPFUL.
