“This stay was idyllic and everything that was promised. Privacy, serenity and beautiful surroundings. Loads to do in the area and off the beaten track enough to have a sanctuary from tourism. Susan was the hostess with the mostess. Always there for suggestions, but never intruding. Her family are quintessential Italian and we loved hearing her grandchildren calling each other across the garden, hearing the neigh of the horses and next doors donkey in the distance. “Mooie woning, mooie spullen die aantiek aandoen en prachtig zijn, mooi landschap eromheen en veel ruimte. Alleen de wifi leverde af en toe wat problemen op, maar Mr. Giulio (de eigenaar) snelde echt met een oplossing en een snellere verbinding proberen te bewerkstelligen. Echt een aanrader dit huis.”

“Wir waren mit insgesamt 8 Personen (4 Erwachsene, drei Kinder - 9, 7, 5 Jahre- und einem Kleinkind) für zwei Wochen im Juni hier und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Gastgeber empfingen uns sehr herzlich und das Haus war überall SEHR sauber! Alles ist sehr liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Zweimal in der Woche macht Luca den Pool sauber und nach einer Woche bekamen wir frische Handtücher und Bettlaken auf die Terrasse gestellt. Der Garten mit dem Pool und der Terrasse direkt daneben hat...

“This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional.”

“We spend 1 excellent week in this villa. The villa is well equipped. The swimming pool is large and the children enjoyed it. The villa is in a quiet village and is well located (about 20 min by car from Pisa or Lucca and 1h to Firenze). It was heart breaking to leave. ”
