Given accessibility room right beside lobby and told it was quiet. We could hear everyone going by. Fridge noisy. Window coverings insufficient. Breakfast not great. However the beds were comfortable.

Made resy Oct. 2023 for a reasonable rate. Confirmed resy with hotel by phone & rcd confirmation from Expedia both. 10 am day of stay saw hotel number called but left no message. Upon returning the call was told Expedia cancelled the resy with hotel. Put on a wait list but no return call. Had to find other accommodations on different site.

I loved the front staff. The staff doing the care for the rooms, did a poor job. I am a heavy coffee drinker; the coffee mix was replaced once. The bathroom supplies were never refilled. Other then that, it was great.

The property and the room were great. It was close to fast food such as McDonald’s, Wendy’s and Arby’s, and there is a Walmart right down the street. The breakfast was kinda skimpy, but it did the trick, and it had a waffle making station which my son and husband enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.

Fastest, most efficient check in I’ve ever experienced. Thank you! Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was basic but exactly what I needed. Excellent location for my trip through.

The heat is only turned on in rooms when guest walks in Must have been 40 degrees when I entered and didn't even warm after 2 hrs. They changed.me to another room but same problem. I cancelled and went to another hotel. Would have rated a 3 1/2 - 4 if had been summer

Come for the room. Not the service.
I checked in early evening and not only was no one at the front desk, but when she did come out after several minutes of the phone ringing, there was no greeting or apology, and the matter-of-fact way she completed my check in lead me to believe I was bothering her. The room was sufficient so that was a bonus.

Lady let me get cereal as they were closing breakfast. After getting a bowl, she refused to give milk for it. Petty and rude. Stayed there for over 10 years off and on, anytime I visit family in Calcium. Lost good customer over 4 oz milk.
