“Wir haben uns in der Finca Luz vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr stilvoll, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail – man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Atmosphäre gelegt wird. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Marzia und Francesca: beide sind außergewöhnlich herzlich, liebevoll und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen. “We stayed for 4 days and generally enjoyed it. The location is great, easy to get to and travel from, and the staff are very responsive. There’s a lot to do activities-wise during the day, but all activities finish about 1am latest, although that may change in summer. The food was fine- not incredible but more than fine for just four days, there was enough variety. Overall, a very enjoyable experience ”

“Whilst you could say the room was clean, it was in poor state of repair with flaking paint and shabby. The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. The sink unit was extremely shabby with swollen surfaces where water had soaked the MDF timber. The bathroom smelt badly and, on the whole, was unacceptable. On a positive note, Domingo, on reception, was extremely pleasant and……

“Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte……

“Terrible - they have overbooked and we were turned away late at night. However the reception staff were helpful although the alternative they found us was the worst place I’ve ever stayed and they did not pay the taxi fare which they said they would ”

“Le personnel est au top, disponible, prévenant, aimable. Les repas sont bien. L'hôtel à 50 ans mais demeure très agréable, il est très bien entretenu, sa déco pleine de charme. Quand au cadre, c'est mavnifique. Nous espérons qu'il survive à l'écologie. ”

“Room was a good size, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Housekeeping arrived daily. The only gripe is that the food, options were very limited. The À la carte restaurant was poor and very overpriced. Breakfast had lots of options. Coffee and tea quality was poor. Not much to do around the hotel, we were lucky we had a hire car and explored the island. The place was quiet, the pool was clean and one was heated. ”

“Spacious room that was cleaned daily. Staff were lovely and food was a good standard for an all inclusive hotel (We did half board). Our little one enjoyed the Kids club & the disco every evening and the hotel entertainment was great. Would definitely stay here again. ”
