Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr stilvoll, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail – man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Atmosphäre gelegt wird. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Marzia und Francesca: beide sind außergewöhnlich herzlich, liebevoll und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen. “La chambre était très propre, même si assez désuète. Il manque quelques petits équipements (bouilloire, café thé) et nous avons manqué de savon à la fin du séjour, non remplacé malgré nos demandes. Les produits de la restauration sont assez bas de gamme, mais cuisinés avec beaucoup de soin et il y a toujours plein de choix. l’emplacement est idéal. Le rapport qualité prix, globalement, est très satisfaisant.”

“Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte……

“Whilst you could say the room was clean, it was in poor state of repair with flaking paint and shabby. The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. The sink unit was extremely shabby with swollen surfaces where water had soaked the MDF timber. The bathroom smelt badly and, on the whole, was unacceptable. On a positive note, Domingo, on reception, was extremely pleasant and……

“It was a nice stay. The beds were comfortable, however there are bugs everywhere in the room. The food was surprisingly ok, although at times hard and cold. We weren’t given the warmest welcome and then were placed and the other end of the hotel; furthest possible point. It was quite evident as to why. Would I return? No.Many Thanks for your services ”

“Felt very rundown and way past its best. Old fashioned interiors and still hints of the 1980s everywhere. Average client was old and pretty boring. That’s how the entire place felt. Facilities were super tired - like the gym. Shame as it’s a great spot. Worse part may have been the food. It was just like the entire vibe - boring and out of touch. Staff friendly. ”

“Room was a good size, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Housekeeping arrived daily. The only gripe is that the food, options were very limited. The À la carte restaurant was poor and very overpriced. Breakfast had lots of options. Coffee and tea quality was poor. Not much to do around the hotel, we were lucky we had a hire car and explored the island. The place was quiet, the pool was clean and one was heated. ”

“The staff at the playa park are the best, friendly, very helpful. We’ve been coming to this hotel for 10 years , since it’s very good refurbishment about 8 years ago and a few of the staff are still here which says a lot about place. The food is a very good standard, both of the above are why we keep coming back each year Well done playa park keep it up”

“Spacious room that was cleaned daily. Staff were lovely and food was a good standard for an all inclusive hotel (We did half board). Our little one enjoyed the Kids club & the disco every evening and the hotel entertainment was great. Would definitely stay here again. ”
