“The property was nice. Very clean and modern. The area was great. However, communication with the host/property manager wasn’t great. I reached out several times before the arrival date to no response. No replies on day of arrival until 30 after check in when I finally got a reply and instructions. The shower with the covering on only one panel means a very wet bathroom floor, even with a floor towel.”

“Location was perfect and felt very safe. That's were the convenience ends. We are a family of 4 and only booked this place as it has a pool, jacuzzi and sleeps 4 comfortably due to having 3 beds albeit one was a sofa bed. Told to send a msg. the day before for check in details, never responded. Called the number provided, no answer. Finally via WhatsApp we got a response, after some time. We booked for 4 nights. No washing machine. No extra blankets. Had to contact the person via WhatsApp……

“When we arrived, the pillows in the room were dirty, and there was no hair dryer for my wife. I called the manager, and they changed them.
