"Staff was very friendly, easy to check in. The room was clean, however, there was not much lighting in the room. there was one main light, and a lamp. There was not much in the main entry/vanity area. Breakfast was very slim, pancakes and cereal. Not your typical continental breakfast. "

The staff is extremely helpful and the valets have great hustle. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone considering visiting downtown Boise!"

"Staff is great. Unbeatable breakfast. Pools are nice but hot tub leaves a lot to be desired in size and cleanliness. Multiple issues with sinks/bath/electrical (sink didn’t drain, constant overhead light flickering) we had to call maintenance about. They were very responsive but I didn’t get the sense that they were checking things proactively or reporting issues internally as they came up. Great location along the river greenway."

"After hours on the road I was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. The pool and hot tub area were closed. I picked this place for the hot tub and Tesla chargers. I'm glad the chargers worked."
