All ok but towels very thin and old. Available channels on TV are very limited.

Stayed here for Aggie Family Weekend. Not the best place but not the worst. Had to stay here due to overflow from College Station. Rates were right inline and i would stay here again if C.Station is all sold out again.

One of the worst!

Pros: It was close to the funeral we were going to.
Cons: Complete overhaul!
Location: Close to good food.
When we first drove up we nearly drove off but not much to choose from in Caldwell. Curtains in the windows were either sagging or hanging down. There were whiskers in the bathroom sink and clumps of mud on the floor from last patron. Bed sheets were clean but not sure of bedspread. Furniture had not been changed in years of use, looked nasty.

Security latch was broke on my door I had to go buy one to replace it as their maintenance people are out of Temple and wouldn’t be there in a timely manner. The room was dusty , shower curtain was stained with grease/oil from a previous occupant as were some of th washcloths. But that wasn’t a big deal I always bring my own towels/washclothes with me. Toilet was dirty so I bought cleaning supplies to clean with. Carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. Toilet seat was lose and I was unable to tighten it even after several attempts. Vending machine took my money and that was never resolved. Location is good close to dollar stores etc. Front desk staff was nice.

Pros: It was functional. The heat worked on a cold night. It was very close to the people I was visiting in Caldwell.
Cons: The bathroom door needs repair. Also, the exhaust fan was very loud and came on when the light was turned on, so no option not to use it.
The staff members were all very nice. The bathroom door would not stay shut due to a misalignment, something minor effort could fix. Otherwise, the room was satisfactory. It was good to have a mini-fridge and microwave in the room.

THE FIRST ROOM WE WERE GIVEN WAS VERY WORN AND SCRUFFY - DESPERATELY NEEDS UPDATED. wE ASKED IF THEY HAD A BETTER ROOM AND THEY GAVE US THE HANDICAPPED ROOM WHICH HAD MUCH BETTER CARPET BUT THE FURNITURE WAS VERY WORN ALSO. tHE BED WAS O.K.. tHE DESK CLERK WAS VERY HELPFUL.

Worse experience, EVER!!!

Not only was our room “under construction” and we were not informed. We returned to the hotel to find our door opened and our luggage gone! Went to the front desk and this is when we found out they were working on the room and no one cared enough to call me to tell me what was going on! Worse experience I’ve ever had!

I am sorry for the confusion concerning your luggage, and yes we have been doing some renovations and unfortunately we have to work around the hotel booking schedule, however the maintenance person should have checked with the desk before removing any luggage. They didn't know that someone had checked in because the room was marked vacant at the time they got here, when he went in he assumed that a previous guest had left their bag, again I am sorry for the inconvenience and hope that you will consider staying with us again.
