The staff was friendly. As we entered our room the first thing we see is a dead cockroach. The linens were old and the pillows had stains on them like they had not been washed. There were dirty linens left on the floor in the hallway

Hotel is run down and old,

My hotel experience was horrible! Room was just disgusting- sheets were stained, room smelled, carpet was beyond gross, dust and bugs in windowsill, no place to hang clothes, bathroom floor was filthy, sink had hairs on it and really no place to put anything! Unsanitary!

The door that wasn't locked.

The room they gave me did not lock and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I called Expedia and they couldn't do anything for me either. I had to call an outside source and get them to call and then they finally switched me after saying they couldn't.

Most horrible stay in a long time!!!

We checked in the hotel around 7PM. There was no table in the room to put our stuffs on. We noticed on the floor a single sock left behind by the previous occupant. In the bathroom, there were 2 dead cockroaches on the floor in the corners. We requested a table and got a garden table with a bedsheet on top and two garden chairs!!!! The phone was not even working. The next day, when we got back to the hotel, around 9 PM, the room was not done and we did not have any fresh towels!!! Since the phone was not functional , we had to walk all the way to front desk to get a fresh set of towels. Will not come back ever again!!!!!

Clean room smelled like rubber? No accessible power outlet by bedside table. Bed could have been more comfortable. Very affordable & clean. Workers were excellent very helpful & kind.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feed back and we was so happy that you stayed with us. our indoor pool is in fact heated and we also have a kiddy pool but our Jacuzzi is not located in pool area we have a suite that has a Jacuzzi in it and it is a very nice room. hopefully we will be seeing you again soon and if so maybe you would like to try our Jacuzzi suite i am sure you would like it. Well it's the best motel in Caldwell. But also Caldwell is a horrible place so not saying much
