Worse experience, EVER!!!

Not only was our room “under construction” and we were not informed. We returned to the hotel to find our door opened and our luggage gone! Went to the front desk and this is when we found out they were working on the room and no one cared enough to call me to tell me what was going on! Worse experience I’ve ever had!

Holes on walls & spiders

Terrible room with holes in the walls & spiders crawling on walls. Bed collapsed on one side.

I am sorry that your stay was less than perfect. We are in the process of remodeling some rooms and just recently exterminated and unfortunately that sometimes brings the pests out when they are sprayed. Pros: nothing
Cons: cleaniless
Location: just on the hi way on the way to our end stop
Room just seemed dirty, felt like I needed to wear shoes the whole time we wee there. Didnt wamt to touch the floor. Spout from tub was coming out of the wall, shower was leaking.

Going down hill

The hotel seems to be going downhill have stayed here several times in the past major issues I had were the AC in the Wi-Fi it's starting to smell old and dated will not stay there next time I come out and visit

Good if you are in a pinch.

Air was not cold at all. The mattress did not fit platform it was on horrible. No continental breakfast just waffles.

The staff was friendly. As we entered our room the first thing we see is a dead cockroach. The linens were old and the pillows had stains on them like they had not been washed. There were dirty linens left on the floor in the hallway
