Unfrendly reception and messy environment

Pros: Room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: Friendlier staff. Cleaner lobby.
Location: The location has nothing to offer but a truck stop and a Burger King.
I didn't expect a high-end hotel but the parking lot had trash blowing around, the lobby looked cold and dingy, and the desk clerk did not acknowledge me when I came to the desk and stood there waiting for several minutes while she finished the last check-in process. She could see me but said nothing. When she did turn her attention to me she didn't smile and was abrupt. Not a welcoming experience after 8 hours of driving. The room however was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. It served it's purpose but I doubt I'll turn to that location.

Dirty

1st room smelt like puke, 2nd room wasn't clean. There was hair on the toilet and in the shower. Pool was nasty...staff was great!

Nice hotel

Pros: Friendliness, location and price. Because of some bad weather we didn't make our first night and didn't give our room away.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Never been there before so really don't know
They were in the midst of remodeling so the hallway wasn't as nice, but the room was very nice and the bed was the most comfortable motel bed I've ever slept in.

Very poor quality. Carpet in room was full of dog hair . Too many things wrong.

Just want your money

Under construction right under our room.. All you get is oh I'm sorry. Unacceptable expedia people don't waste .uk your money

In process of updating.

Pros: Staff and beds
Cons: There needs to be a lot of improvements but they are working on it.
Location: We were in Caldwell for just one night so not really sure what to do.
This hotel is run down but in the process of being updated. Due to remodel things were dirty and unorganized. Furniture in rooms are old and worn, except for beds they were quite comfortable. Staff is excellent, friendly and helpful.

Hotel close to interstate

Pros: It was close to the interstate.
Cons: Well, i think the discount during the remodel should have been more than $12-15 off the "normal" rate. No breakfast was inconvenient.
Location: It was close to the wedding venue we were in town to visit for a wedding.
It will probably be nice when the remodel is done. It looked rather "ghetto" with he lobby is disarray. The breakfast nook was being remodeled too, so they didn't have breakfast. The room was near the ice machine and everything conversation and ice collection sounded like it was in the room. The walls were not insulated well. The door also did not dampen the sound much from the hallway. We got only one room key. When one us with out the key entered through the lobby, the staff also seemed surprised and uncertain of what we were doing - as if only guests just arriving are the only ones who enter through the lobby.

Remodelling, so some rough spots. seem yo have coordination problems, like wrong room assigned, keyed wrong, no cleaning one day. but very friendly, apologetic
