“We had a great stay. The property is very spacious, so there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your privacy. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily visit again.”

“The rooms were very nice and the staff was very friendly and easy to contact. The hotel was up in the mountains and far away from every where. Nothing is in waking distance. They were doing construction on the outside of the building while we were there. The neighborhood boys would come to the basketball court early when they were out of school and you could hear them, so there's no sleeping in on the weekends or early evening hours naps. The check in process for me was not so good due to……

“The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.”

“The location from the airport to Toby's is great. The staff was accommodating but nothing extraordinary. The resort needs maintenance. The rooms are outdated. We had ants, mosquitos and sugar ants taking over the room. We stayed only for one night in order to catch our transfer to Ocho Rios.”
