Checking in was a huge hassle. The room was 260 dollars and was the most basic room for that price. The coffee cream was out on the counter by the coffee machine so it curdled. Will not be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool is a bit small but there is lots of room to relax while the kids went in. The 2nd floor has direct access to the pool which was nice to not have to use the elevator. Breakfast was the same both days but it was good and kept is full. The staff was lovely and helpful. There is the CTrain station right across the street and its a cheap and easy way to get around. We will absolutely stay here again!

It was a good hotel as far as our stay. But there were ling drives to everywhere we wanted to go. It was good that we had a car. One Uber ride was almost $30. There was a McDonald's close by for my morning coffee but the first time ever in our world travels, it was not good.

This has been the worst hotel ive stayed at in a long time. They honestly treat the guests like second class citizens. Will ignore guests to finish their own conversations, the least accomdating place ive encountered. If you can avoid spending a dollar at this place i would. They also rent out the pool to swimming schools and dont tell the guests

Chose this location for easy access to the Ctrain and it was perfect. Small underground parking was easy to access. The exit alley from the hotel is gravel and was full of potholes; that's just my observation and didn't affect our stay. The hotel is secure. I liked the that hallway to the rooms on the first floor require a keycard for access. The rate included breakfast everyday and it was consistently very good. The lounge was a decent size and never too busy. Didn't use the pool, fitness center, or spa, but the people I saw there seemed pleased. The front desk staff were always friendly and very accommodating! Our bed was VERY comfortable and its something I've come to count on when staying at Aloft hotels. Another thing I've always had at Aloft is a good shower with a glass door. Ours was a good size, great water pressure, but had a plastic curtain. The corners of the tile floors were visibly dirty- that is why I marked "average" for cleanliness. This is a great location and I would recommend to others to give it a try in Calgary.
