Dear Gail, While we would love to expand our parking lot to accommodate all requests for long term parking, we do have some physical limitations. As noted on your Expedia reservation long term parking requires reservation. We offer limited extended stay parking that must be pre-booked, however, we do have a partnership with Park2Go where you were referred, along with a coupon, and complimentary shuttle service. We are sorry your parking process was less smooth than you liked, please call in advance of your next stay to pre-book your long-term parking. We hope you will give us another chance to provide a PREMIER experience.
