Hotel was fine staff was great but the fire alarm went off at 115 am and was still ringing at 2am so i packed my bags and left to another hotel. I was informed i could not get my money back because i paid through an app. I will be booking direct from now on.

The front staff were extremely proficient, friendly, and accommodating. The room was well cleaned, with a comfortable bed. The only thing I could recommend would be to replace the outlets, as they are worn and loose. Not worth dropping a star for though. Thanks!

Stains on bedspread. Elevator not working, had to haul suitcases down a flight of stairs. Pair of socks found on breakfast counter. Two male staff members were excellent. One female staff member rude and not helpful.

We had a great stay. Building is old but still in good condition. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was decent but the dining area is small for the number of guests staying there.

Plug didn’t work in tub. Hotel had very few cars, but wanted to move me from 1 st floor to 3rd floor. No offer to help me even though saw I had a disability. I ended up pushing a bunch of plastic down the drain. Tried to fill tub with hot water. Got a third of tub fill before the water turned cold. Still no hot water after half hour. No handle to help to get out of tub

We had a quick stay here on our trip home. Cleanliness of the room was fine. We found it to be noisy. Breakfast was okay. No elevator though and with two young kids and all of our luggage it was a pain to haul upstairs, carpet stairs no less. The hotel itself and the room seemed very dark, maybe time for an update.

This is a really nice hotel. Our room was beautiful and our stay was very comfortable. The only thing that was a negative is that there's no elevator on the property and I was not aware of that. The pool area is very plain but clean. The male staff member was more than helpful and friendly! Overall it was a good stay!
