Terribly noisy, with the pool, hottub and restaurant being in the centre of the hotel and open concept to the top floor. Everything that goes on, is heard throughtout the common area and each room front.

The hotel was very convenient to the location where we spent most of our time. The road construction/closure near the hotel was annoying, but it wouldn't prevent me staying there again, nor would it prevent me from recommending it to others. I really liked the atrium area/pool area - the set up allowed me to get my steps in even before breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I will stay again, next time I am in Calgary.

Unfortunately, there is not much around this area anymore. You need to have a car or take the LRT. The local shops are limited. It is a pity as the hotel itself is excellent, including the restaurant, though the menu is limited. The breakfasts are amazing though.

Staff were warm and welcoming, and assisted with retrieval of phone that was left at dining! Continental breakfast was well prepared and had lots of options. Room was adequate though pillows uncomfortable/ hospital-style and dark colours were a bit opressive. Some lightening of colour scheme would really help space feel warmer/ homier. Will be back again for future visits
