Upon arriving front desk was a little rude did not put me in my original room and had to move rooms, with a 2 year old. Staff was rude and gave me the wrong information on my room, claiming standard rooms are only with showers, when clearly states on their website that standard rooms are with shower or bath. Front desk gave me a lecture on my booking and I should upgrade if I need a bath next time. The bed was so soft and all the pillow were extremely soft both me and my guest didn't sleep both night. Also I did not get my room cleaned!!! I ask housekeeping why my room wasn't cleaned and she walked away. Breakfast was awful as well, I won't be staying at the Carriage house Inn again!
