Pros: Good staff was guiet
Cons: Breakfast buffet could be hotter
Location: Lots of restaurants and couple good bars nearby. Easy to find
Front staff friendly and efficient room was clean we asked for quiet room they did best to accommodate double beds were comfortable breakfast included was good but could have been a little hotter serving staff was very good we would stay again seniors

Pros: Warm and friendly atmosphere and staff! Excellent food!
Super friendly staff, excellent food. The only thing we experienced was that the walls were a bit thin between rooms. Rooms were spotless...will definitely be back for the Crop and Create event next year!!

Pros: The breakfast was amazing. And the rooms were clean and very comfortable
The hotel was very Comfortable and the staff very freindly and helpful.

I received an email from Expedia indicating that we would receive a free bottle of wine and free late check out included with our stay. They told us that they didn't provide this service and therefore did not recieve.

PUBBIES IN TUB & SINK

Pros: Food was good
Cons: I think EVERYTHING could be improved.
Location: lots of things close by
Checked in late. Went straight to bed. Bathroom visit in morning discover PUBBIES IN SHOWER & SINK! GROSS. Checkin clerk was nice - management SUCKED!!!! Very unaccommodating supervisory staff. TV was diffficult to use. Desk front manager was turse and did not want to change my room. When they did - it was a definite down grade. Poor parking! Hallways & elevators were always dirty. My passport & bus passes went missing - not sure what happened. Extremely disappointed.

The hotel was very old, room is a lot smaller than I expected not worth the price I've paid but all the stuff are very nice and professional.

The common areas were not very clean. It would be great if the hotel invested in a good vaccuum cleaner. Very friendly staff. Continental breakfast was good.
