Terrible service !

Queen size room No air heat when outside is minors 30. changed room later but the air conditioner was very noisy, affecting sleep whole night. there was no room service, breakfast used expired bread, brown bag breakfast is completely frozen. Lobby is dirty and messy after function and nobody came and cleaned. We won't come back any more, very disappointed experience. Not recommend to any tourists.

Great winter rate!

We stayed here during December and got a great rate making it a great value for the hotel. Nice lobby, good service and check-in, hot breakfast.

Nice hotel close to amenities. Friendly staff.

It was great from start to finish. Well, I wish the TV was a little bigger but that's about it. I can't find any fault in it. The free breakfast was excellent as well. You can't beat the price especially when you consider what you get for it.

HORRIBLE STAY

Pros: nothing
Cons: staff and room
Location: very busy road, car noises all night
Horrible, from staff, location to the room. Beds were bad, constant furnace noises, heat was not working, smelly room. WILL NOT STAY AT AGAIN

Don't stay on the first floor on a Sat night.

The room for the price was good, however there's a club below the first floor which means no sleep for you if you're sleeping there on a Sat night. Rio and staff are amazing to help and accommodate.

A surprise

We didn't expect much and just wanted an inexpensive hotel. The staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. All the staff were great! The hotel is very big inside. Pool. Gym. Rooms were clean. Happy with this hotel :)
