Within walking distance to saddledome & restaurant

In Calgary to see hockey game on our way to Banff. The staff was very helpful and they went out of there way to make our stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for staying with us while you were visiting Calgary. When there is a home game for the Calgary Flames, we always have multiple people stay with us to see the game. I hope that you were able to take advantage of our $5 happy hour in the lounge prior to going to the game. Grate hotel downtown. Walking distance.

Hotel staff went above and beyond; our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight; they had left cookies and milk in our room with a nice note; everyone we dealt with was courteous and eager to make our stay a good time.

Everything was wonderful only negative I could give was that the pillows were hard and to thick

We offer two types of pillows as some individuals like large fluffy pillows while others prefer more flat, firm pillows. convenient downtown location

Pros: The staff were beyond pleasant and helpful, and they seemed genuinely excited to have us in the hotel and to be of service. We were very impressed.
Cons: We would never use a coffee maker / cups located in the bathroom just feet away from the toilet.
Location: Convenient location in the heart of downtown. Parking was reasonable with in-out privileges. Walking distance to the core and Eau Claire market.
The staff at the Delta was absolutely exceptional and went above and beyond to remember us and make our stay great. The in-room dining was very helpful about accommodating allergy requests and there were plenty of gluten free options (all delicious). Try the flourless GF brownie - you will not regret it. The room was just adequate, but the staff and the food made up for it. We did not have time to check out the pool / hot tub but we appreciated that it was open until late (midnight).

Thank you for your comments about our Brownie, we have several options for people who require gluten free meals and if you don’t see something that you like on the menu, our chefs are pleased to provide you with a custom menu. On your next visit I would also recommend that you visit the River Walk located just a short block from the hotel. Simply turn right and this trail takes to all the way to Inglewood. Central location, friendly staff!

Pros: Staff
Cons: Breakfast, bathroom fixtures.
Location: Walk to river, downtown restaurants, cafes
Location is central and near transit, taxis, restaurants, cafes, etc. Check-in was a breeze: polite front desk and hotel staff. Room was clean, comfortable with good river views, but the place itself is dated, especially the bathroom. We had 2 good nights' sleep. Breakfast was the only major downside: no buffet, and the menu was very limited, and certainly not 4-star quality. That said, the restaurant staff were polite and attentive. Summary: stay here if you like downtown, but eat elsewhere. Bonus: the Starbucks in the lounge!

Hotel is a little dated in the common spaces

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and willing to bend over backwards to give best experience possible. Starbucks in the lobby was a huge bonus as well!
