Staff and property were great. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Parking was rather limited and other guest were very ignorant to the fact that there are people that would still like to sleep at 6.30am. I understand there is not much staff can do. The place has been modernized. But you can only soundproof the floors and ceilings so much. I'd stay again but will ask for a top floor room next time

I found the beds to be very comfortable. Having rhe convenience of breakfast was excellent. However it was quite noisy. There were alot of kids for tournaments of some sort and the floors and walls are very thin. (Not necessarily the hotels problem, that is more guests who dont consider others)

We are a family of 5 and have stayed at many many affordable, family hotels. This location is absolutely the best one I've been to. Affordable, clean, breakfast was great, pool was amazing -- my kids loved the waterslide and the water was warm. Will stay again for sure.

The staff was great the breakfast was good. It just looked run down and the pool area was dark and dirty. It didnt feel like a very nice area for the hotel.

Checked in at 10:20 pm. Had to wait for someone to get to the front desk for about 10 mins. Told about the pool and hot tub, asked about hours only to be told it was clised, which made me wonder why they pointed it out lol... Once in the room, called front desk for food recommendations at that hour not being from the area was told there were pamphlets at the front desk, there were none; also told of a local pizza place, googled it was closed at 10. Lady at front desk was not helpful at all. Finally had to find a fast food place still open, no thanks to the lady at the front desk, to get to it was a bit of a drive..hotel location not convenient at all!!!. The breakfast wasn't worth eating, so skipped it. Hotel is located in a stupid location and everything one wants to get to is difficult to get find or get to... will definitely never stay there again.

Kids running in hall all hours of the night. Pool area unsafe due to parents not supervising children. Incident involving me getting kicked in the throat by kids coming down slide without watching. Could have been way worse my 6 year old got off just before older came shooting down. Was lucky to not have serious damage done to throat.

This facility was clean and well maintained the pool was decent with a good size slide and a nice hot tub. The breakfast was pretty good with plenty of selection and the food for the most part seemed pretty fresh. We will stay here again for sure
