One of two beds had dirty linens from a previous guest.
Well I got the king suite, king bed was ok the spare bed was covered with hair,dirt,and other stuff. Asked front desk for new sheets and bedding. They brought us a cott, new bedding. Bedding had blood spots on it. Asked for new everything, front desk said only thing he could do was complementary breakfast!!!!!!!!
So furious with this place already. Not
I stayed here after a canceled flight and wanted to be close to the airport. I enjoyed the room, the staff was friendly too. It took a while to check in as only one person when I went, but that isn't her fault. It was a decent hotel, and I would stay there again.
I highly recommend this hotel! Very nice room, with microwave, fridge and shuttle to airport. the reception staff are helpful, explained everything about no housekeeping on the day we were there due to Christmas. We appreciate all the information ahead of time. That way we don't expect too much. We love this hotel and we will surely come back if we happen to be in Calgary.

The room was clean and that’s key. However, lots of oddities - no hair drier, very limited shuttle hours, no free breakfast, hesitant to offer an extra towel, pool deck could have been cleaner.
