The house is kept in pristine condition and I take great pride in ensuring that it is perfect for each guest's stay. Sofa ($7000), Coffee and Dining table ($5000) and master bed head/footboard ($2500). Please keep this in mind as you enjoy. I kindly ask that any food or drink be kept off of the couch. There are placemats for dining and coasters for beverages. Jeans with buttons, zippers, keys, pens should be kept off the leather seating as its aged premium leather that scratches easily. For this reason this home is strictly a non smoking, no pets environment. Smokers are welcome to do so outdoors but pets are not permitted at anytime. Centrally located.     Beautiful Condo
    I required a condo close to Foothills Hospital, and this one was most definitely perfect! Very close to all amenities, and having the river walk paths right out your door was very peaceful and picturesque. Very nicely furnished and clean. The owner of the condo was an absolute charm throughout my stay. Excellent communication. The Concierge ladies were also so very polite and concerned about my husbands surgery and my wellbeing. Truly a lovely stay.

    Great location for us in Northwest Calgary, right on river pathways and large park within walking distance. Suite is on main level so no need to use elevator, very handy to exit and underground secure parkade. Spacious with comfy bed. Suite Is well equipped for independent stay. We would recommend it and hope to stay again. Thanks Kait

    This is very ridiculous, the owner had called me several times, had sent me a text message to tell me that the house is only for one person and no visitors, she is a very arrogant person, advise you not to stay in her place, she sent her mother to come knock on the door and she tell me that the house is very quiet place and I am alone, if you want to be in peace do not book in his place, and very expensive to .
