Housekeeping needs attention

No pool towels available, spotty wifi, dirty coffee cups, missing pillow cases, visibly dirty floor, window frame leaked during rain, tub wouldn't drain, coffee not stocked, only two towels were supplied to a room with two kings( we were 5 people) and one of the towels had a frayed hole in the middle of it.
Gave this list to the desk upon check out, and it was sloughed off, with no apology. The exuse given was that they were completely full.
