Spacious rooms and great staff

Pros: The front desk staff was really accommodating, friendly and professional. We loved our large room with 2 king beds a full kitchen and fireplace.
Location: We needed to be close to the Genesis centre so the location was ideal. Extreme pita and Pho Eastlake are close by and both delicious food options.
Our swim team booked a number of rooms at the Ramada because it was close to the pool we were swimming at. Our family needed an early check in and were kindly accommodated by the friendly front desk person. The room was spacious and clean, the king beds were really comfortable and the kids loved the pool and waterslide.

Good Hotel, Bad Service

They were running out of the room type that we booked. They tried to find excuses to blame hotels.com for inaccurate info and refused to give us the equivalent alternatives. The guy at the front desk on duty knows nothing about their computer system and kept changing his story on why my reservation was wrong. It took 2 hours of standing at the front desk, multiple calls to the manager and few rounds of room showing to get the issue resolved. The room is fine, big space and clean.

Great family hotel

Three bedrooms DO NOT exist here!

Booked a three bedroom and was told three bedrooms don't actually exist and was given a two bedroom instead. Was also an issue with saying we hadn't paid for the room when in fact it had all been prepaid through hotels.com (in the end they had someone else's credit card on our file?!?!)

Yes we do not have three bedroom and the room you got is our family suite with two bedrooms and a living room ideal for 8 guests. It is our policy to ask for guests' credit card upon arrival even for pre-paid reservations as the card we have on file is the online travel agencies'. Love the family rooms

Was nice to have enough rooms for 7 of us. Upset the air conditioner/ heater in room was broken and had to unplug to turn off!! Phone did not work so unable to contact front desk or call even for pizza. Had to use my long distance on cell to order. Disappointed that only provide 2 Smitty $5 vouchers for breakfast as we were 3 adults,4 kids. Front desk went over and above to accommodate any requests. When informed of room they were aware but manager looks at bottom line for costs so maybe owners should observe the reviews.

Everything has been checked by our maintenance and the units are working fine.Not all Ramada Hotels serves breakfast so we give out Smitty's coupons as bonus/option for our guests to have hearty breakfast in an onsite restaurant. Hotel bathroom fl was not clean on the carpet dirt

It was very noisy in the hotel. There was no rest. The floor could be more cleaner.

Convenient location with comfort

Out of the mouth of my 5 year old: (Walking into our room) This place is perfect! Wow!!! You could live in here...there's a bathroom, a closet to hang up your clothes, an iron and ironing board, a kitchen, bedroom, living room and a tv. I love the pool! Can we stay here again?
