It's ok for what it is. Not worth the price. The location is strange and little further from the airport than expected. The hallways were dirty and the room was mediocre at best.

In regards the location we are a little longer travel time to the airport due to the City of Calgary road works on Metis Trail. This should be completed soon and we will have again quick access to the airport.

Bed bugs and dark rooms

The room was really old style and the bed wasn't comfortable..My girlfriend got some bug bites when she woke up in the morning, looks like bed bug bites and I myself am itchy too. There were no bulbs in the room other than the side lamps so it was really dark. It was a terrible experience

Too long to get to the airport ..

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: I was placed on the floor with wedding guests...knowing I had to be up early and needed some sleep.
Location: Poor location for me as I had a very early flight and could have slept longer before my trip.
The attendant forgot to place a wake-up call for me..thankfully I used my alarm on the cell phone.

Thanks Arlene for the feedback. Let me start for apologizing for our shortcomings during your stay. This is not the standard we wish to offer our guests. In regards the distance to the airport I would say that this is being affected by road works by the City of Calgary as we would normally go via Metis Trail and through the tunnel to the airport which is due to be completed the end of this month. Thanks again for choosing the Ramada Plaza Calgary.
