Bad experience

Room was comfortable but the bathroom is small and the shower has no door so the water sprays everywhere. Breakfast was really bad. The milk was sour, the eggs frozen and the bagels were stale.

Ok Hotel ....

We arrived at front desk were ignored for 8 mins while staff moved laundry baskets around ..... staff never said 'welcome' 'hello' or anything for that matter.... we were intruding?... our room was clean ... the building looks tired.... breakfast was ok .... we will stay at another hotel for our next Calgary visit

Could be better.

Pros: The friendliness of the staff.
Cons: See above.
Location: The hotel is well situated to stores & etc.
Television viewing was a horrible experiance.should upgrade to a decent television. The breakfast's could be better as most of it was of frozen goods,which is not very good. Overall the stay was okay.

Rooms need attention

Pros: Location
Cons: Cleaning of the rooms.
Location: Very close to Spruce Meadows
The rooms were not very clean. This is a pet frienldy hotel, so they need to do a better job of cleaning the rooms. The draws in the dressers were dirty and they did not move the furniture to vacum properly. Staff was very friendly.

Won't go back

Bath had some grout problems. Remote control didn't work. Put food in fridge and turned it up as it seemed warm. Next night food warm fridge not working. Had to switch rooms for a working fridge. The staff member was helpful to get me a working fridge, unfortunately the manager would not allow me to just get a new fridge in my room. Parking lot not cleared of snow hard to get in and out. Rocks finally put down as lots of ice at night walking. First 2 floors under renovations.

Nice Enough Place But Just Doesn't Cut It

Front desk staff was nice but they forgot to clean our room on the first night of our 3 day stay. When they did clean it, it was fine. The T.V. takes an abnormally long time to boot up. You spend way too much time trying to make it work. Breakfast room was poorly managed. Hot food items had been left too long at high heat and had dried out. Location is great. Very close to shopping and major roads. Took awhile to find the place because it is tucked away behind some large stores. Hotel was bright and clean.

Great location

Pros: Location
Cons: Bathroom ceiling in 209 could be fixed
Location: Close to our family & shopping. Easy acces from MacLeod Trail.
Stayed with son, his wife and grandkids. We had 2 rooms right beside each other. Breakfast was more than we expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. Beds were very comfortable. There was a hole/crack in bathroom ceiling that should be redone. The fridge froze our milk & juice.
