Clean and tidy

The room was nice and comfortable and clean. Location was good close to Airport and shopping. Pub food was reasonably priced.

The lobby and staff were nice but the room wasn't overly comfortable and stains on carpet. Not what I was expecting from a clarion

The bed was badly damaged and consequently very uncomfortable.

Hotel is a little aged but nice I had a good stay at a reasonable price Would stay here again

This hotel seems very dated. The bathroom tiles are very old and some were cracked. The repairs and caulking was poorly done. There were Christmas parties booked in the conference rooms and they could be heard in the lobby. I also found the front parking lot to be very dark as most of the lights were burnt out or possibly just turned off. You get what you pay for with this hotel. The rates are inexpensive, however it is lacking in many areas.

Pool was broken , extra charges threatened

I stayed there for about 5 days. The pool was only open for 1 of those was not fun with an 8 year old. She and my mother both got pink eye. Don’t know if that was from the hotel but we have never had it before. The night staff was very nice and Cameron at the lounge was amazing. We were on the first floor because we had a dog. Had people come to our window almost every night banging on it leaving bottles of beer and booze everywhere. Then when I went to check out they said we were even smoking on a balcony we didn’t have and wanted to charge me $250 for a fine for that, said the shuttle driver had seen us. In the end wasn’t a great experience but definitely not the worst I have had.

Pros: Bed
Cons: Cleaner pool. Renovations on rooms - more updated. Pictures on Google were kind of miss leading.
Location: Location was great. Very close to a lot of restaurants, downtown, etc.
Wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom, stains on the ceiling, terrible shower, pool was dirty. The bed was super comfortable though. Lobby and elevators usually smelt like smoke.
