We have stayed at this hotel before, and would certainly stay there again. It's a little dated, and you can see the wear and tear on the rooms. But it's clean, and the rooms are big.

Pros: Proximity to Calgary Airport
Location: 10 minutes to the airport
Flew into Calgary late in the evening and needed a place to stay for the night before driving 7 hours to home the next day. Rate was good and location is very convenient.

Nice, right on 16th, good airport shuttle service

Pros: pillows and bedding
Cons: vending machines
Location: not far from rest and on a main road
It was fine, the vending machine don't work well and need to be upgraded, but the pillows make up for a lot

Cons: The check in clerk entered us in a book for a wake up call, but someone forgot to key it in. The morning clerk acted like she could care less.
The staff forgot to enter the wake up call, good thing the alarm worked!

no heat, no service, no class

Pros: location
Cons: everything can be improved, start with customer service and appreciation
Location: everything is nearby the location rocks
I've stayed at this hotel several times in 2017 and new years eve was my worst experience. please change things as your hotel has potential .... heat did not work properly in room, room was cold and uncomfortable pool & hot tub not working (ON NEW YEAR'S EVE) a night where locals come to support your hotel and this year needed serious help.

Bathtubs need to be replaced

The rooms are nice, clean and updated but they didn’t update the shower and bathtub. The bathtub finish is all worn out and needs to be replaced. The staff was great and gave us another room right away, although the tub was still not great. In the new room, it kinda smelled like cigarettes and the floor was stained. We were only staying for one night so just we just sucked it up but won’t stay again.

It was just OK

We really wanted to use the hot tub. When we checked in ay 1930, they said it was closed. When we called at 0900 the next day, they said it was closed...no hot tub for Christmas :(
