Great Staff

Pros: How accommodating and friendly the staff where
Stayed at this property coming any going from a recent trip to Calgary. Came in late and left early. Shuttle was available at all times.

Nice hotel

Pros: check in and lobby appearance
Cons: service levels in the bar and restauraunt
Location: Location not the best for anything but staying in the hotel
Front desk service was very good Bar and restaurant service very poor. Bartender was in kitchen and had to be called for service. Restaurant waitress visited with one table and ignored the rest of us. Ran out of coffee half was through my breakfast and never got a refil

Shuttle service sucks.

The hotel was clean. The hotel information states that they offer a 24 hr shuttle service but they only have the shuttle go once an hour. Try to ask if they will change the time by 10 mins so you don't miss your flight or have to get up 50 mins too early and they are not friendly at all. Asked if they would cover a taxi since they could not get me to the airport when I needed it and the receptionist was not a very nice person any longer.

We hope you can appreciate to cater to all our guest needs we have to have a set schedule to get guest to the airport and do pick up from the airport based on request as with most hotels operating a shuttle in the area.

Room and furnishings are old, carpet badly damaged and stained...front desk more concerned about chatting with each other than helping a line up of 8 people

Good price and nice room; close to amenities that we needed to be near. Cleanliness was noticed as well. Good price for breakfast specials.

Good overall

Passing through to show my family the Rockies. Front staff was nice enough. Check in was quick. Room was clean, but holes in the carpet in the main hallway. Tried to call later but no answer at the front desk or room service. Had to go down stairs to the restaurant to find that the room service attendant was working alone. I felt bad for her as it did look like there was a convention of sorts going on. On the way downstairs the vending machine took my money and didn't give me water my niece was begging for. I mean, booking a fair priced room for the sole intention of passing through it was pretty decent overall. As well, the room service attendant was so super nice regardless of how tired she must have been for being alone on duty.

Very good location

Pros: Location, cafe, room quality
Cons: housekeeping could be delegated a little better
Location: Lots of restaurants and the zoo and Heritage park are easy to get to as is access to all the major hyways
Check in was fast, the room was very comfortable, The only thing we found is that the cleaning crew takes a while to get the rooms tidied up. We left @ 9am on Friday and got back around 2 and our room hadn't been cleaned yet the next day we were gone till 5 and it had been cleaned then. The food is excellent and the pool area and hot tub are ok. Lots of parking

I know I should have not expect much since we got it for a low price but still they should live up to the expections of costumers staying in a hotel. I booked a single room with a queen size bed. Everything inside the room is old and not well maintained, like the coffee maker is not working and I reported it right away but got a replacement on our last day. They air conditioning system is terrible, it's noisy you couldn't even have a good night sleep. Tv have a few channels but the reception is bad and it is really hard to connect on the internet because the connection is really weak. And lastly is the bathroom, evrytime I visit a hotel bathroom is one of the things I love checking out, everybody loves beautiful bathroom. Theirs is old haven't change or renovated anything even if it not working properly anymore. Like the shower, the sink, tub, walls. But most importantly is the hotel staff, they have limited persons who could assist you and they are not approachable and doesn't give off the accomodating type of vibe. Sorry got a lot of comment but that us the thruth.
