Cost $200 a night and our first room was dirty then the second room they moved us to smelt like cigarette smoke.

Great convenient location to transit and shopping

My card was declined as payment didn't clear and they worked with me to what worked best. Then our room had a tv that didn't work and they moved us to a better room and even included a complimentary bottle of red wine.

Close to friends & relatives

Pros: Service & professionalism
Location: Close to family & friends. Not to mention Chinook Shopping Mall, Restaurants & other fun adventures.
Everything was EXCELLENT! Right from the amazing front desk ladies. I apologize for not remembering their names. So polite, caring and above all professional. On my last night, ( September 20/17 ) I returned from an evening (10:00 pm) with my family, and hadn't eaten for over 4 hours. Needless to say, I was starved, I mentioned that to one of the ladies at the front desk. They immediately called the Restaurant Manager. He came to my starvation. So into the kitchen to prepare me a side order of toast. This to me was the ultimate in customer service. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. Carell-Ayne Whalen

Absolutely Would Stay Here Again

Beautiful hotel with very hospitable staff. The room was comfortable, clean and cozy. The food was very good. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again!

Great location

Nice appealingly hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are being upgraded and are very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Location was also great with it being near major routes and easy to find

Great location for busy weekend.

We have stayed at the Carriage House many time as it is in a convenient location for getting around the city. Three blocks to LRT station, close to shopping, and easy access to major roads. The hotel is clean and the staff are efficient and friendly. Free breakfast is a bonus.

Not Impressed

Pros: The pool area was great. The breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Pool is not open 24 hrs a day as advertised. We left the peanuts bar because we couldn't get service after 15 minutes. Charged for a free breakfast.
The hotel was nice and as expected. Stayed for only one night.

The pool is open 24 hours daily except Friday and Saturday where it is closed from 11pm to 7am. The complementary hot buffet breakfast is extended for up to two guests. Nice pool

We booked with Expedia and was given a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. The pool was nice, the restaurants good. I was disappointed with the room. It was squishy and tiny for 2 of us. They put us in the older wing - not the tower. It's deceiving. Only one small window - but from the outside it looks like your room has 3 windows. Fake.

Great hotel 24 hour pool was awesome. The rooms were clean and beds were super comfy. Great price and overall excellent experience.
