Nice hotel close to downtown and shopping.

Very helpful staff with pretty decent buffet breakfast included. Comfy rooms with good channel selection. Accomodating on check in and check out for my schedule. Pool looked nice but didnt get to use it. Otherwise, good choice for a decent price!

Stay here when we travel for concerts. Close to venue and after concert places. Perfect for the price point. Clean rooms free breakfast and has a pool! Never did use the pool though.

Pros: One of the staff members was friendly.
Cons: Everything.
Location: 10 minute drive to Calgary.
Our room smelled of cat pee. It was horrible and dark. Couldn't ventilate the room so we just had to live with it. We made sure to stay out as much as we can to avoid coming back to our room. Gym has very few free weights, a broken machine and a treadmill that we didn't dare operate because the gym was kept in such poor condition. Breakfast was embarrassing - lacking plates, forks, food, service. The lady working the breakfast seemed like she was trying her best but very scattered.

Pros: very quite.
Cons: the breakfast menu. try to provide a bit of special things:) fruits may help too.:)
Location: Very good location . Near to downtown.
Maybe we could add a bit of warm welcome to the guests. Meaning short interaction. But they were nice, but not that friendly. Though they don't believe me at first that someone accidentally tried to open my door, but said sorry the next day they checked it. Thank you for that. I haven't received my $100 deposit refund. Thanks,

Worst hotel

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Bed sheets dirty. Street noise from these surrounding bars and restaurants. This restaurant inside hotel: Worst food one ever experiencing in Canada. this hotel in general needs a good renovation.

Both the bathroom sink and bath tub takes forever to drain. The person at the desk when we checked in wasn't very friendly and accomodating. No microwave. Breakfast selection wasn't much of a selection.

The stay was ok. The room was decent, some things were dirty such as the doors and the shower curtain. The breakfast was ok, the food was sub par but warm food is always nice.

Nice hotel close to Mall and downtown

Cheap, clean, 30min from downtown (walking), good breakfast. My room was big, staff helped us with everything we asked. For sure I would return
