Everything exactly as I hoped

Just what I wanted. Room , price , staff, hotel were all perfect. Had a dog with us and that was no trouble at all. Extra $15 a night for a pet is reasonable. Room quality , cleanliness , amenities , and service were great. Cold as hell in Calgary , but the room was always comfortable. Every interaction with staff was easy-going , helpful , friendly and courteous. Deerfoot inn will be my regular stop whenever in Calgary.

Pros: Staff was very friendly
Cons: Service
We stayed at the Deerfoot from December 23 to December 26, 2017. Everything was great except for December 25th. They had no staff to make your room. So no bed made, no towels, no coffee, not anything. I think we should have been notified about this and given extra items for the morning with no services available. Not even a discount was offered. When I'm paying for those services and they aren't available I believe this is wrong!

Christmas stay

Hotel staff obviously not happy to be working. But we just needed a bed and that they provided. Room was average not as clean as i would have liked.

Close to ammendities and very comfortable.

We love coming here except this time we ate at one of their restaurants after a long day of travelling. Their restaurant wasn’t up to par. We were asked what we wanted to drink as soon as we sat down and was not able to have time to look at the menu. The food was mediocre. The shrimp and artichoke dip was a disappointment as their chip to dip ratio was very disproportionate, and their type of chip kept breaking. I would of went with a tortilla or something with more stability. Wings were soggy and so were their quesadillas. Chicken was dry. I was hoping the food would be a little better to match the accommodations.

Stayed for a few nights. Desk staff was not very friendly. Room was clean but a more modern shower would have been nice.
