Nice Hotel, Great beds, Spacious Rooms

Cons: Get some towels
We recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for a wedding. Check in was quick-except our room key was not activated, so back down to the front desk. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. Our kids were in the pool and getting towels was an issue our entire stay. After being in the pool, we had no room towels after our shower. Asked several times for towels, we had a wedding to go to so 4 people waiting to shower as we had no towels is aggravating. We were told there was a towel shortage. Frustrating for sure. Staff was friendly, breakfast was sufficient. Great location to restaurants and malls.

Fantastic breakfast.

Pros: location was excellent for our needs.
Cons: more direct access to the main road.
Location: close to our relatives-so convenient.
Very nice stay. A bit difficult to get to but OK once we got used to it. The breakfast made other places we stayed look inadequate.

Horrible location.. unprofessional staff

Very rude & unprofessional staff. Multiple times during a two night stay we've had problems that other hotels would never bother doing to their guests. Phone calls from them complaining on a Saturday evening while I'm out for dinner to tell us that it's urgent we meet at the front desk when we get back to the hotel. I had asked for my daughter's sheets to be cleaned because she had an accident. The woman at the front desk called me and said we owe 84.00$ and proceeded to change our room keys while we were out. On top of everything, she tried giving us the dirty sheets back right at the front desk in front of everyone. Very unprofessional & uncomfortable. Disappointed.

The beds and pillows here are so comfortable. Loved the breakfast in the morning. We recommend this hotel!

Hotel seemed to be very understaffed at times, the pool always seemed to be out of towels, but there was only one staff working, trying to manage front and do laundry for the pool. They also forgot to put towels in our room on the second day.

Weekend away

Hi, this was a weekend get away kind of trip, time to relax and Unwind. Staff for the Most part where great and friendly, a huge shout Out to Jenna behind the counter st check in. Sorry for teasing you I know you where learning and I was joking Hun you did awesome. My only real negative comment is a complaint about the cleaning crew. My girlfriend had just finished showering and walked out of the bathroom with just a towel over her head when the housecleaning staff opened the door and started to walk in. Neither myself who was sitting on the bed watching the TV or my girlfriend who was in the bathroom right next to the door heard a thing. So maybe some training should be inline for the staff. But other than that everything was great Thanks

It's a quiet one!

Quiet and comfy. Easy to get to. A few restaurants around the area in walking distance of hotel.

Room was great. Breakfast was mediocre. Housekeeping did not replenish soaps & shampoo for the second night of our stay.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Pet friendly!!

Our room was beside the ice and pop machines and one night of our stay that became very annoying after 11 PM. That was not a problem on the second night. The free breakfast was of very poor quality and limited selection. It would be nice if dishes, cups and cutlery were not all plastic and styrofoam. I can only compare to Best Western breakfasts. Omelets were filled with a processed cheese product like Velveeta which I didn't eat. My hubby scraped his off. Scrambled eggs were also an option but went very fast and replaced with more omelets. I missed the fresh fruit like melons, grapes etc. The second day we went elsewhere. That was not a deal breaker for us and we would still stay there again. If staying on a weekend, I would recommend asking for a room at the front of the hotel as the back has a parking lot for apartments/condos and people were very loud. Again this only happened on one night. Hotel has no control over that. We did not use the pool but it looked very nice and was told the water was warm. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Excellent hotel in South Calgary

Excellent hotel in Calgary on the Macleod Trail SE. The hotel is very (exceptionally) clean and comfortable, we couldn't hear our neighbors. The swimming pool with a pipe is very good for kids. The breakfast is very good, with sausages, omelettes, fruits, and cereals.
