“I've stayed at many places and this place had one of the prettiest views.The view was 5 Stars and some of the home amenities were awesome too, like the massage chair and game room.However; apon arrival we discovered the AC unit above kitchen was leaking all over the place. We contacted the owner and he prompted us to turn it off and we used main AC Unit for a while but then leaks started coming from ceiling in other areas of kitchen and in dining area also. I was told HVAC guy would come out……

“Great stay to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. House has literally everything you would need. Beds are super comfy and the house just felt cozy and like home.”

“We booked this trip in celebration of my husbands birthday as well as to look for properties for us to move to Northern Georgia. The house was very clean and very well appointed. The host thought of everything!! Forgot your toothbrush not a problem. They had soap and shampoo and everything you would need if you brought kids. We brought our furbabies and they had special covers on the couch and clean bowls for them as well as a pooper scooper. They had water bottles in the fridge as well as……

“The good: Lighting (use of lamps and dimmers, labeled switches), Back porch (fireplace, hot tub, comfortable seating, views), and home decor (seating was comfortable, record player was nice). Kitchen was well-appointed. Air popcorn maker was a nice touch. About 20min from cabin to downtown Ellijay. (Butcher and Bottle - great appetizers, The Door - fun speakeasy)We would stay again and recommend to our friends.”

“The TreeHouse getaway was an incredible experience. The instructions for getting there were very thorough. The decor was amazing and tasteful. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of dishes, including a George Forman Grill and hot plates (since there is no stove), and a coffee pot. We loved the vintage tin cans, deep kitchen and bathroom sinks, and the lighting in the old gum ball machines. There were also a stand up tree and limbs throughout the house. We regret not having enough time to play……

“We absolutely loved our stay at The Grande Lodge and can't wait to come back. The cabin is warm and inviting, stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. We brought along our dog, and Brad even provided a dog kennel, bedding and treat! The property and river front are beautiful! We spent plenty of time relaxing on the dock while listening to the water. Brad was a wonderful host. The welcome guide he sent prior to our stay provided everything we needed to know about the home and……

“From the sounds of the river water rushing to the crisp breeze from the balcony doors located in the master rooms, I’d say this place was very serene and welcoming. The furniture is comfortable and the place definitely gives you spa feelings! The home is very well stocked! However, the hot tub wasn’t working, which was the whole reason we chose this place, and the host was unresponsive. We didn’t receive a reply until the night before checkout and didn’t get information on how to get the hot……
