A pleasant Surprise

Pros: Check-in was quick. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good.
Cons: No blackout curtains so when the sun came up early, the room was very bright. The decor of the room should be updated.
Location: It's near Avenida Sexta so there are bars, restaurants and discos nearby. Less than a ten-minute taxi ride to Chipichape Mall
The hotel offered great value for money. A four star hotel ideally located to Avenida Sexta

Staff is extremely nice and kind!

Every request made to the staff was answered in the fastest and kinder way! Even things they were not supposed to do like parking my car. Every time I visit Cali in the future, this will be my place to stay!

Food so good, I almost never left hotel.

Overall very excellent Hotel. Tight security, but not intimidating. Room service was excellent with great food and value. The only thing they need is an ATM inside the hotel, for convience. I had to travel to the local mall for reliable abd secure money changing and ATM's.

Location: dind´t have time to walk arround, but I can tell that it´s located in a place where you can reach most of the city in a short ride

Good Hotel to discover Cali

Location: Lots to see in Cali but take a Taxi everywhere!
Comfortable Hotel at reasonable rates. Could do with a ATM Machine in the Hotel or facility to change currency. The Staff were very friendly and helpful but spoke very little English which made communication difficult. All in all a good Hotel.

Best Hotel in Cali

If you plan on visiting Cali, This is the place to stay. Beautiful hotel in great area, staff friendly and courteous, clean and updated, restaurants are excellent, breakfast is superb, brand new exercise equipment, nice hot tub. This hotel is great. When I return to Cali, I will be staying here.
