Everything was good until,MR JESUS MARQUEZ , was not upto date with practices and didnt honor my documents (im a dual citizen of colombia) when he didnt find a stamp in either my U.S or Colombian passport, to waive the fee..not knowing that theres new technology in passport control that doesnt leave passport stamps any longer, called, BIOMIG, which i used, calling me a Liar, therefore denying a room key until the fee was paid. US$20.(89KCOP) ,which i endee up paying.. the solution, they gave me was to go to the airport next day on my personal time , and asked for proof so they can refund me,; which i found absurd,since i was running errands for next day,i was promised to be contacted by MANAGER LORENA FIGEROA, but she never reached out to me.. also every minibar item and even coffee has a price.. for in room consumption.. pitiful...
Do not leave a Credit card with them.. every has a cost and they are abusive..
