es un gran hotel pero el staff se quedo corto en el servicio Pedí poner a funcionar el TV pero no lo arreglaron. Ademas nos cambiaron de habitación, porque encontramos la habitación sin agua. mal servicio.

Hotel is pretty and staff is efficient and friendly. Need to improve on the quality of towels. These are very old and look dull. They feel more like a scrubiing towel when drying your skin.

Great hotel in a very posh area. It feels very safe to stay and to walk around. It feels very central although you are in the North part of the city. They cater to tourists from all over. They have taxis right outside so you don't even have to go too far out to get one.

I ve stayed in some others Dann Carlton including this. first time I experience such of bad service at the dining room, you have to get up and call for more coffee, I ordered a soup and took have and hour to get it and the place was empty at that time 4 pm, we have to ask for towels, the safe broken, the chain of the door not exist, I ll never use Dann Carlton Cali again.
