Good place for business trips

Good stay for business and have a place to sleep and shower. Nothing fancy, not a touristic area.

The hotel is very old. Paola wasbin the counter, very very unpolite. This hotel is perfect for terror nigth in halloween, no more.

Cobro injustificado, trato descortés

Reservé la habitación por medio de la página web de Hoteles.com incluyendo los impuestos y los seguros hoteleros, los cuales se cargaron a mi tarjeta de crédito. Sin embargo al llegar al hotel me fueron cobrados nuevamente los cargos de impuestos y seguro y al informar que estos ya estaban cubiertos por la reserva, ignoraron mis argumentos diciendo que eso era un problema de Hoteles.com y no del hotel. Que me dirigiera a ellos. Yo expresé que estaba hablando con ellos, porque a ellos yo les había cancelado la reserva pero se negaron a considerar mi caso. En todo momento, el trato fué displicente, descortes y desconsiderado. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL, tengan cuidado con las reservas por internet.
