I especially enjoyed the hot water and good showers which are not always available in other hotels. My room was clean, beds were comfortable, tv worked well, buffet breakfast was more than sufficient. The staff was especially helpful and eager to please. I really enjoyed having taxi drivers, employed by the hotel, always available. Especially at 4:30 am on departure day. Don't miss the empanadas!

Sheets not so clean. Hair, dirt & stains on them. Very old and smelly pillows. Hard old towels. They need a make over big time. Waiter bringing out clean glasses with his dirty fingers inside of them after picking up dirty plates and clearing tables. You have to pay extra if anyone comes to visit you and you’re on the terrace in the pool area even if you buy a ton of food. No one can visit you in the room for longer than one hour even if you stay 2 weeks at the hotel or longer.

The Location is great, quiet, safe, amazing empanadas, good staff but unfortunately the Hotel it’s self needs the rooms updating; no refrigerator, no water, in our room 6th floor the WiFi no works,

Was a great hotel very close to the boulevard. Staff was very friendly and the room was quiet and very clean. Great hot water also, which can be a problem in some Colombian hotels. Will stay again.

Very close to Museo La Tertulia. Also walkable (uphill) to the Iglesia de San Antonio, the Museo Arqueológico La Merced and the Gold Museum. We did all in one day and had a set menu lunch in a random restaurant along the way. Great day!

Great location, but overrated
The hotel is in a great location on the Boulevard. Restaurants, shops, and bars are within walking distance. The window to my room was misaligned, so it didnt close all the way and let mosquitoes in

I was dissapointed because I had chosen a room with a balcony and instead got a small room. The AC was great. The pool was nice. Breakfast buffet was very limited. Walking distance to nice restaurants . Overall, I give it a 7 out of 10.

We stayed in the best room they have with balcony and it was offered with ballet parking, which was not truth. The AC was extremely old and loud and it was not even cooling the room. We complained, and a few days later, we were moved to the same type of room in the 12th floor, which was better about the AC noice, but still not cooling enough. The staff do their best to make you feel comfortable and to address the complaints, but the hotel needs to invest in updating the AC and the rooms. The parking was in the basement, which could only fit about 7 cars. At night, we had to get out of the car to ring a bell for someone to open the garage gate, which was extremely dangerous. The garage was at the back of the building and there is no security at night. This is not a safe area to be doing that.

The room was small but it was comfortable. The cleaning staff were very friendly and did an excellent job. They have an excellent restaurant. You can charge it to the room or pay on the spot. Its close to alot of other restaurants. The Cat Park is right across the street. Safe neighborhood.
