It is a great hotel and the staff is super friendly. The hotel has a few restaurants, which is a plus. However; the restaurant where they provide breakfast for the guests has a lot of flies on their buffet tables. They have to find a way to control the flies. There were flies all over the food, so I don't recommend eating at the main restaurant for breakfast. The other restaurants at the hotel were fine.

The room had a view of a loading dock and an exit ramp but cost premium rates and when anyone in the area closed their door, it made my door slam and rattle. Seemed like the hotel was terribly understaffed - service in all areas was very slow. I expect better for those rates.

This was a most excellent choice. A lovely hotel with a busy lobby, quiet every thing else. Beautiful pool area, five restaurants to choose from, helpful and courteous staff — an all-around wonderful experience.

Intercontinental Cali was brilliant. On arrival I was able to upgrade for my total stay, and the staff were super helpful. Great hotel and there are 2 very safe neighbourhoods walking distance from the hotel in San Antonio and El Penon. A special shout out to Paula who helped me and my friend with activities and insights. A credit to the hotel. Paula was brilliant. Andres also was fantastic in arranging things to do and being super helpful. Great people. Would stay again for sure.

The Hotel was definitely the nicest in the area. The staff is AMAZING! Extraordinary Service from the Hotel Staff from day 1. The hotel needs some updating but overall I would recommend it. It is in a great area and the staff does go above and beyond.
