“Hotel was just average... linen with womens hair in it...women hair on the floor... shower head not working well, shower drain backed up a little... minor things like that. Superior front desk staff! very accommodating to your request... I loved that! Give them all raises!!!”

“Fue una excelente experiencia , el lugar es muy limpio, tranquilo y la seguridad es algo muy importante para la administration del hotel. Las habitaciones son comodos y limpias el personal muy amable y atento, en mi opinion es un lugar muy recommendable para hospedarse y sentirse como en casa. La administration del hotel es un personal muy atento y estan muy pendientes de todo lo que nesecites, ofrecen muy buen servicio al cliente. ”

“This property was absolutely fantastic. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The hotel itself is quite beautiful and features lush greenery through the lobby and outdoor courtyard. I especially enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant. I will return again for my next stay in Cali.”

“Everyone here was nice, but I'm surprised the hostel had such high ratings, it wasn't social, even on a Saturday night, the lockers weren't big enough to fit any backpackers bags inside, and the dorms seemed unfinished, if you had a bottom bunk you would have been totally fine with privacy curtains and such but the top bunks were like a death trap, it was more like a mattress was put on top of a four poster bed than an actual bunk bed. Honestly I just ended up sleeping on the sofa, the breakfast……

“The Hotel is under construction and you are sharing one elevator with construction equipment and staff. There is no bellman, no room service no restaurant. The staff is polite but not customer service oriented or hotel experienced. Maybe in a few years when the hotel is more settled it can become something nice in Cali. The hotel should be fully functional before opening the rooftop pool is in the middle of a full construction site. ”

“Our stay at San Antonio Hotel was not what we expected but if you don't have the same expectations you may be ok staying here. The room was not fresh and modern... it could use some upgrades. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (there was hair on the sink and floor from a previous guest). The toilet seats (which we mentioned) were corroded and needed to be changed (unfortunately, the other room they offered us had the same issue so we did not change). However, the water pressure was great,……
