“Overall it was a great hotel, very clean and friendly stuff. However, food was tasteless and they were charging extra for their sunbeds and their papalas in their own beach which was a turn off. ”

We stayed 7 nights and the first 3 nights our room backed to the club and very noisy. Even though I had requested not to be near the club we got a room backed to it and noisy until 3 am. After multiple complaints they moved us to the other side and we had no issues. They offered beach chairs and coolers, although we never got a……

“We booked this property last minute as we had our flight cancelled and thought we would be stuck for a few days due to weather back home. Yes, it says non-refundable, but it didn't matter at the time of booking. We thought we wouldn't be able to go home and all the hotels were booked. Within an hour of booking we got news that we had a flight. I immediately contacted the property and asked for a waiver to cancel the reservation. She acted like it would be no problem but after a few weeks of back……

“The staff is so nice and friendly!! The room was always neat and clean and tidy every day. The pools were great and never overcrowded. The beach area is large with many palapas for shade. The casino isn’t huge but we weren’t going to gamble. The property is kept really well and the breakfast buffet is stocked with great breakfast items! Kids under 5 eat free and my older daughter who is 8 ate for half price. We had a great vacation and will definitely be back to stay at the Hilton. ”
