Staff is very helpful

At the first we had put on room 426, about 10pm we heard big noise and couldn't find where it came from , we called the front desk and she sent a technician to check it out, the noise came from a electrical room next door, the technician helped us to switchto another room immediately , he got the room keys for us and we even got a nicer room, it turns out a happy ending.

Wonderful

Location: Gas station, mall, Target, Starbucks
The staff friendly and wonderful. Rooms clean and quite. Morning breakfast was wonderful

It was clean, comfortable and safe. They sent you off with a lunch bag of water, fruit and snacks and a cup of tea/coffee, which was a nice touch.

Cons: Providing recycling containers in the breakfast area would add to what appears to be an environmental awareness since reuse of towels is encouraged.
Our room was comfortable and clean. We especially like the breakfast service- lots of selection and comfortable dining area.

Thank you very much for recycling suggestion. We have separate containers next door at our Homewood and I will add them to the Hampton as well. We have lots of staff members that love to recycle that will be happy with this change!

Fine stay

We stayed two nights and had a fine stay. Big comfy king sized bed and effective air conditioning in the 110 degree heat. We had no issues with the hotel.

Close to Airport

Location: Airport nearby.
Room was fairly clean. Breakfast was okay. Parking was okay. Staff not very friendly.

Great overnight stay

Our stay was very pleasant no problems at all. The staff was great, my daughter had an issue and the front desk was there in a heartbeat to help her out. Very much appreciated .
