"I had requested early check in and their process for providing it was interesting, I was willing to pay the $25 fee for early check in and they couldn’t guarantee it, even when I called day of to confirm a guaranteed 1-2 pm check in. When we arrived the champagne hadn’t been placed in the room and there weren’t any champagne glasses for it, only non-stemmed wine cups. The patio seemed unkept and the headband of the bed frame had a thick coat of dust on the top of it. When I swiped at it, a couple of huge flakes of dust fell onto my pillow. All in all it was a fine stay, but I’ve stayed in cleaner motels. We did accidentally lock ourselves out at one point and was graciously let back in, so the staff seemed pretty accommodating for that at least. Oh and the breakfast was interesting, not at all what I was expecting… they delivered it to our room which was nice. However the options were very limited and not that good and we barely ate any of it, we ended up going out for breakfast instead. Maybe improve those options a bit and not charge extra for coffee! I did love the bathtub though, that was lovely!"
