Terrible for the price. The owners of this hotel should be happy and praise their manager Umberto. Had it not been for his hospitality and managerial skills we would’ve let. We were paying Ritz Carlton price while being accommodated in days in hotel. This hotel needs MAJOR remodeling and upgrading. Hair dryers are still push button, TVs are 2x2 size, and bathrooms are stuck in the 1980s. Umberto was INCREDIBLE, but the room and common areas were terrible. If you are going to charge Ritz Carlton prices then you need to deliver superb standards. It’s not fair that people are traveling so far, paying extremely high prices, and then getting there and having no option but to stay in these rooms.
