J’ai séjourné à l’Estran en ce mois d’Avril 2022. J’étais très optimiste quant a mon séjour dans ce boutique hôtel qui semblait convenir parfaitement - cependant j’ai été largement déçu. Le positif: - Personnel tres sympathique et competent, n’hésitant pas à partager des conseils pratiques et à aider pour que le séjour se passe au mieux, notamment en me permettant de garer le vélo que j’ai loué dans le garage et le hall d’entrée - chambre et état général de l’hôtel correct relativement au prix des chambres - petit déjeuner offert suite à ma mésaventure (valeur 5-10€) La déception: - J’étais à Trouville pour jouer une compétition a l’un des golfs alentours que je n’ai pu jouer car n’ai pu fermer l’œil avant 5h du matin - Les murs et portes de l’hôtel étant très fins, préparez vous à entendre toutes les conversations de vos voisins. Dans mon cas, les occupants de la chambre voisine n’ont pas cessé de parler et faire des allers-venues jusqu’à leur départ au petit matin, même en ayant toqué à leur porte et notifié le numéro d’urgence fourni par l’hôtel - Personne ne surveille ce qui se passe dans l’hôtel pendant la nuit, ce qui paraît assez surréaliste mais véridique En conclusion, l’hôtel est très correct mais si vous avez le sommeil léger ou devez vous lever tot, il vaudrait mieux que vos voisins de palier soient très calmes. Enfin, le lit est très bas, bon a savoir si vous avez des problèmes de dos.

Bonjour Monsieur , nous vous remercions pour votre avis. Nous avons déjà échangé sur le sujet de vos voisins bruyants , vous aviez en votre possession le numéro de téléphone du veilleur de nuit qui est OBLIGATOIREMENT présent à l’hôtel . Mais vous ne l’avez contacté à aucun moment de la nuit . Si cela avait été fait le problème aurait été réglé . Bonne continuation à vous

Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable hotel. Good value overall. Breakfast was €8.50 and better than the alternatives for that price at the nearby bars.

I am not sure if my issue is with the Hotel or with Expedia. I made a non-refundable reservation. As soon as I got the confirmation I realized I booked it for the wrong night. I immediately called Expedia to see if I could change the reservation to the next night. The person said there was a room available but the hotel needed to approve the change. They put me on hold and when they came back on the line they said the person who could approve was not there. They would need to check back in the morning. I got an email saying they were still trying to resolve and then never heard a thing. I later sent an email to Expedia to tell the Hotel we would not be coming. Expedia confirmed my reservation on the day and the Hotel sent an email to let me know where my key would be since we were not there by the prescribed check in time. When I replied that we were not coming and had tried to switch the dates I was told they never got the request.

Great location in centre of town
Brilliant location between Trouville and Deauville. Right in the heart of the town, adjacent to shops, restaurants and transport (train and bus)

good value for money,we did not bring a adaptor plug but the hotel lent us one,the only glitch was the toilet would not flush without taking the cover off and did break in the end.

We would stay here again
I would stay here again! It is a very simple old hotel that has clean linens and a comfortable bed. The best part about this hotel is its location. It's right across from the bridge that goes to Deauville and an easy walk to the beach and town. We loved Trouville and this hotel was so reasonable that we used this as our base for exploring Normandy.

Point positifs : - à 5 minutes à pieds de la gare - Propre, literie confortable - Proche commerces : boulangerie,restaurants ,supérette,bar, onglerie etc - Personnels très charmants et agréables :) Points négatifs : - Pas d’ascenseur (petit hôtel de 3 étages :) - De la moquette dans les chambres pas très dérangeant sauf pour les personnes allergiques.

Séjour désagréable, manager ou propriétaire peu polie à la limite de l’insulte, sans doute à cause des origines de mon mari. Un changement de serrure en cours de séjour - une porte qui n’ouvrait pas correctement, une peinture à revoir, la localisation est pourtant très commode. Nous sommes partis plus tôt pour écourter ce mauvais séjour.

Bonjour Sandrine , je trouve votre commentaire vraiment déplacé . Se cacher derrière les origines de votre mari est tout simplement honteux ! Mon mari est 50% d'origine étrangère je n ai aucun souci avec les origines diverses des clients . Vous avez omis d'expliquer la raison de la discorde .Nous avons remarqué une odeur de cigarette dans votre chambre et nous vous avons demandé de respecter les consignes de sécurité et de fumer en extérieur . Pour la changement de barillet , nous vous avons informé dès votre arrivée que l'ouverture pouvait être compliqué par moment et que le serrurier passerait dès le lendemain , cela ne vous avait posé aucun souci . Lors de la réparation qui a duré 5 min , votre mari a été fortement désobligeant et irrespectueux à mon égard , le serrurier était déconcerté par son attitude .Bonne continuation

Très bon hôte /Excellentes prestations.
Séjour fantastique. Cet hôtel a des allures de pension de famille. C'est un véritable cocon. L'accueil prodigué par Véronique et Céline a été très chaleureux. Le personnel est à l'écoute, aux petits soins. Présente dans la région dans le cadre d'une intervention chirurgicale, Virginie a déployé tous les moyens possibles afin de faire de mon séjour une bulle de repos des plus agréables et rassurants. Elle m'a proposé de la solliciter si d'aventure j'avais besoin de quoi que ce soit. Bravo ! Je retournerai au sein de cet établissement dans un cadre festif.
