Pros: Breakfast
Location: Tram station is near from Hotel
Our room was located in edge of the building. So, I guess wifi connection was not good.

Hot room, poor nights sleep

Stayed here prior to an early ferry back to Portsmouth. Family room was booked for 4. Room was standard Novotel layout which is acceptable for a budget hotel. The main issue was the room temperature. The room was sweltering and the "air con" miserably failed to bring the temperature below sauna conditions. We didn't eat but my wife and I had two 50cl beers for the princely sum of EUR 17. At the end of the day, a hotel room is designed to sleep in and sadly this one failed miserably due to the heat. The rest becomes immaterial.

disappointing hotel

Cons: see above
Location: catch a ferry 17 mins from port
Not the best hotel - rooms and common areas other than ground floor reception and bar area need a refurb room facilities basic - bathroom dated and grubby Food over priced and not that good its a hotel for a 1 night stay prior to catching a ferry, so staff morale and service low. Would I use again no - probably go to ibis and save money

Verouderd hotel, ontbijt schandalig duur 16,50 pp voor een karig ontbijt vind ik niet kunnen

Hotel proche de la plage

Pros: J'ai aimé dans cette hotel,la piscine,le service petit déjeuner,le confort de la chambre Et la situation géographique.
Cons: c'est de penser à mettre une petit poubelle dans les chambres,d'invistire sur une clim car très chaud dans la chambre. Ou augmenter la ventilation.
Location: Le quartier et tres bien proche du centre ville,plage centre commerciaux à côté
Bonjour, Nous avons loge dans cette hotel en famille,très belle hotel avec piscine dommage quel était glace. Verdure avec jeux enfant. La chambre et bien avec grand lit confortable,le petit déjeuner buffet excellent sucre ,sale très bien présenté. La plage et a 15min en voiture l'hôtel et situe au centre ville.

Overnight stay before morning ferry

We stayed here the night before our ferry. It worked really well as only 5mins from the Caen war memorial and 20 mins from the ferry port so location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was nice and hot and powerful and the bed comfortable.

Strange location on outskirts of Caen

Nice clean room, mixed reception from hotel staff, some very engaging, others not! Location not great but able to get into Caen on local tram. Recommend buying the multi day tram and bus ticket to get around the city and tourist sites. Not bad for value for money and for a base to explore the Normandy attractions.
