Lovely clean modern hotel apartments. 1 bedroom very large, sound proof, 2 sofa beds, 2 balcony’s good air conditioning. Pool decent size, football pitch, play area and cafe . Left little space for sun beds and guests get up in the early hours to put their towels on them. All gone before 7am!! Don’t stoop that low and explore / sunbathe beyond the four walls of the hotel. Much nicer.

the property when we arrived gave the wow factor. the apartments were clean and bright and modern. the downside for us was desspite going when kids should be at school. it was packed with kids from school age. not hotels fault just bad timing for us.

Rooms where big and spacious and very clean with large balconies what I did not like was kitchen closed at 4 so was forced to eat out every night. Pool was a good size and warm and kids pool was good also although only one lifeguard to cover 2 pools not enough in my opinion. Hotel has a fantastic play park and is only a short walk from the square

There was a vibrating pulsing buzzing sound coming through the walls very early in the morning like a generator, I had someone come up and check but they didn’t know what it was. Also the entertainment and reps were really bad. The apartments were quite spacious and clean but the maids never changed the sheets, they just made the bed

Family orientated
We felt very comfortable at all times, shops are nearby, the area was very family friendly, even at night the square provided entertainment for all age groups. During the day we felt safe with the children swimming in the kids pool, there was so much activities available for them, with the football courts and the day play scheme, the children loved it.

Modern Apartment
Great stay, very modern. Apartments seemed very popular with families. We spent time travelling the island and visiting different beaches after hiring a car, probably would not stay in Santa Ponsa again for the simple reason of the location of the beaches that we likes, however we would stay at these particular apartments again and have looked into OLA apartments in other locations.

Didnt get to stay in the Bouganvilla..... so dissapointed holiday wasnt the same..... didnt even get into the pool.We were transferred to the Verdemar lovely clean hotel... but not the same.Hoping to go in sept if we can afford it.....

Love this hotel. Friendly staff. Carmen Jessica.
Regular clients. Because it's so friendly. Only thing I wish the back gate was coded or something. It's a long walk around the front. Plus bathroom windows should be frosted. But all in all I love this hotel. Clean friendly and everything else u would ask for. Staff so kind Carmen Anabel Jessica lifeguard entertaining staff always lovely. Love it 100%

Worst hotel room I've ever stayed in
On arrival hotel looked very smart , all clean and modern at front and in reception area , but don't be fooled room was very old fashioned and in a poor condition. Kitchen area was in a particularly poor state with chipped paintwork, rusty hinges , cracked surfaces, damp smelling units and very old pots and pans. Also fridge was so noisy it had to be switched off at night. Thank God I was only there 5 nights. Would not recommend to anyone.

Stayed at this hotel for 7 night in a superior room which is a must .staff at reception were very helpful and friendly as were the bar staff, it is 5 min walk to the square which has everything you need .bars shops good selection of eating places .if you prefer live music the auld triangle is great with fab bar staff well worth a visit .

If you can afford little bit more don't stay here
Dont stay here if you can afford little bit extra . We stay in Ola Apartamentos for 7 days and our room was cleaned 1 time only.The rooms are absolute disaster with beds about 20 years old and air condition about 30 years old who you eathar freeze you or you have to cook yourself in the room , the hotel it looked to me like an Eastern European Hospital more then a hotel . Don't be amazed by the entrance its only for show the rooms are in very bad condition. Only good thing i can say about the place are the activities for the kids and the pool area

Had A Great Time, Would go Again :)
After reading some of the reviews I was a little anxious of staying here, however there was no need to worry! After arriving in the small hours of the morning, we were greeted by a friendly member of reception staff and promptly checked in. We had paid a small amount extra for a Superior Room, and I would highly advise doing so! It was a fantastic room, on the 6th floor. Super comfy bed, clean crisp and modern, and the shower / bathroom was awesome! Had everything you could want in the room, nice flat screen TV with BBC 1, 2 and ITV, kettle, toaster, microwave and some little toiletries. The hotel itself is OK, I think they are gradually updating everything, but as it is - it is what I would expect for a 3*. Given the superior room, I wouldn't of been disappointed if that had a 4* rating. The pool area was clean, and I was very surprised to find they still had day & night entertainment on, although that did finish on our last day as it wasn't really worth them doing it for the amount of people there. We didn't encounter one miserable member of staff, from the reception, the pool bar and even the cleaners were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again :)

Hotel was ok, you get what you pay for. Staff were fantastic, always helpful and accommodating. One big problem in the rooms is that the walls are very thin and you can hear almost everything going on next door (everything, if you know what I mean). We had to put our TV on the same channel as our neighbours to avoid sound battles. We are not moaners, we have never even left a review before but this needed one. We met some lovely people at the hotel but there was one too many rowdy's, they didn't think twice about smoking and swearing around the children's pool. We all go on holiday to enjoy ourselves but they had very selfish attitudes, rolling back drunk at 3am, kicking doors, shouting and screaming in the hotel reception and corridors, you might as well just go to Magaluf. To sum it up we had a great time with our 2yr old daughter and she loved it, we don't regret going there but wouldn't go again. If you get the coach transfer it goes through Magaluf so it picks up all the party goers so if you have children take ear plugs, I had to ask them to stop swearing in front of the children.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the apartments were average with a good bar/pool & facilities but what do you expect for the price. Santa Ponsa beach is a 20 min walk away which is further than stated when we booked. We were put on the 6th floor which was very noisy due to the constant lift noise and loud music.

Brilliant hotel for families with young children staff were excellent
Hotel pool was all refurbish this year very clean great kiddies pool staff couldn't do enough entertainment staff were amazing kept all kids & adults going day & night only problem was food & drink prices they were charging 5 star prices for 3 star hotel €5.70 for bottle of wkd €2.50 a bottle when you go outside hotel overall great for the kids expensive for the adults

STAFF AMAZING. COULD NOT FAULT ANY STAFF..
STAFF ARE AMAZING HERE, THEY CANNOT DO ENOUGH TO HELP YOU (ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER). ANIMATION TEAM ARE WONDERFUL BOTH WITH ADULTS AND KIDS. POOL BAR A LITTLE BIT EXPENSIVE. NO FOOD SERVED AFTER 6PM. WHICH IS A GREAT SHAME AS I THINK IF THEY WERE OPEN FOR FOOD LATER THEY WOULD DO WELL, AS NEAREST RESTAURANTS A 10-15 MIN WALK AWAY. A LITTLE BIT FAR OUT BUT TAXIS ONLY 5EURO. WONDERFUL LITTLE ITALIAN JUST ACROSS THE MAIN ENTRANCE FROM THE HOTEL. FOOD DELICIOUS. ROOMS A BIT DATED, BUT FINE. HAD A POOL VIEW ROOM WHICH WAS EXCELLENT. IN ALL COULD NOT FAULT HOTEL, ONLY THE POOL BAR SHOULD BE OPEN LONGER FOR FOOD.

Good value. I would return but it was just too noisy late at night and early in the morning. Needs sound proofing and carpets or rugs on the marble floors. Good sized rooms and reasonably clean. A microwave, toaster and kettle would have been nice.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel, die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück an der Hotelbar war sehr lecker. Die Gegend und auch das Hotel werden größtenteils von Engländern besucht. Wir wurden nachts des Öfteren von grölenden Gästen geweckt die zurück zum Hotel kamen. Die Lage könnte bisschen besser sein, bzw ein günstigerer Lebensmittelladen in der Nähe wäre schön gewesen. Die am nächsten gelegenen Supermärkte waren doch im Vergleich zu einem Eroski Supermarkt sehr teuer.

Nous avons réservé un séjour avec petit déjeuner . Une fois sur place ils nous ont dit qu’il ne fessais pas de petit déjeuner qu’il Yavais juste un snack bar payant . Ps nous avons aussi du payé une taxe de 150euro pour le séjour

El alojamiento es precioso. El servicio de limpieza no cumple con sus funciones y todas las actuaciones son en inglés recuerdo que el hotel se encuentra en España. Por lo tanto no asistimos a ninguna función. Retraso a la hora de servir el desayuno más de una hora esperando

Nice stay
We spent 4 weeks at Bouganvilla in Costa de la Calma. It was great and it was like having our own apartment, but still with certain service and support as well as great play leaders for the kids and entertainment at night
