"This was the most relaxing stay. The thermal pool is a game changer. The spa services were top notch. The brunch was unreal. Staff were lovely. Would absolutely stay again!"

"Hotel location is great and staff very friendly. Few issues encountered but the property is still under part renovation. We were woken up at 8am to the sound of construction above, staff entered our room by mistake at 9am unaware we were sleeping. AC was not working in our room meaning we had to keep the balcony door part open which was fine until the glass bottle bins were emptied early in the morning, the detergent used for the sheets/towels is a strong lemon smell too which was a little overpowering."

"I had a deluxe balcony room. It’s says queen bed. It was 2 singles pushed together with 2 single comforters. Hated it. No coffee or tea in room. No mini bar Hated the shower you had to climb in bathtub to shower. The shower was on the side of the bathtub. Horrible shower doors Breakfast was ok if you got there ay 8am. If you got there at 9 am most things had gone or were cold. Not one of my favorite stays"

"Absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Bonotto! I stayed on the fourth floor in a room with stunning lake views. The room was very well appointed, with comfortable twin beds, a nice bathroom with shower and a balcony which was a real highlight, offering beautiful views over the town and lake. Breakfast was a continental spread, plentiful and delicious. What sets this hotel apart is the wonderful staff. Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to help – arranging taxis & giving advice on buses to the airport, offering advice on towns to visit around the lake, giving us a plug adapter etc. Overall, a 10/10 experience. Fantastic stay – I’ll definitely be recommending Hotel Bonotto to everyone visiting Lake Garda!"

"Great location - directly located in the old town. Really nice views of the lake with an outdoor terrace. Parking is about a 10 minute walk or you can get a shuttle. Breakfast was very average (not the best). "

"One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in!!! We stayed in the panoramic room with private hot tub for a special birthday treat and everything was beyond expectations. Super clean and such a luxurious feel from the decor to the amenities and a delicious hearty breakfast every morning. Do not hesitate to book this hotel! Staff are very polite and helpful, Location was perfect too. "
