"The location and facilities were pleasant, however the service by the staff was horrendous. Staff was very negative and rude when they finally acknowledged guests. They made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to them. They were not willing to even step up to the standards of hospitability of offering options. Very poor attitude by staff. My family has been going to Carrizal for over 60 years and will continue their visits, however it's disappointing that we can't expect better service. Great service by Jazmin & Maira, the Massage Therapist who went out of their way to assist us. Thank you both and to Beto for listening to my concerns."
